We use a variety of shipping carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, to ensure the most efficient delivery service for your location.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through our shop or the carrier's website.
If your package is lost or damaged, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
We offer free shipping on orders over $39. For orders under this amount, a flat rate of $3 will be applied at checkout.
No, currently, we do not offer the ability to ship to multiple addresses.

Refund & Exchange
We understand that buying products online can be stressful. To help ease this pressure, we offer a full 30-day refund guarantee policy for all orders. In addition, we provide:

If you want to return an item for your order, please e-mail us at service@sloongworld.com to let us know what you want to return. If you can let us know why you want to return the items that would be awesome so that we can work on addressing the issues that caused the return. We will then respond to you with our return address. If you can also include your Order Number in your return shipment that would be awesome too!
Please note that at this time we cannot provide a return label. Please contact our customer service email first, and we will reply with the return address. Please mail the unopened and unused product back to our designated address. Once we receive your item(s), we will send you an e-mail acknowledging that we have received your r eturn. Our team will then review your return package and we generally process the product refund within 1-3 business days. Please also note that we cannot refund the shipping cost on your order. We’ll send you another e-mail as soon as your refund has been processed.
We accept exchanges on all unused items within 30 days of the shipment arrival.

We will then respond to you with an exchange confirmation notifying you that we have reserved the item for you and, if applicable, we will also ask for an additional payment such as the transportation cost of the replacement, and if there is a price difference between the products being exchanged for. However, if a refund is due we will let you know the refund amount too!
Once we receive your return package we will send you an e-mail to acknowledge that we have received your return package. As soon as our team reviews the package we will ship out your exchange shipment and send you an e-mail.
